Vazon Elim Church

There has been a church at this site since the first little chapel was built in 1884, had room for about 20 people, then a new hall was built around the corner in the early 20th century - finally, the new church was built in the latter part of the 20th century.

The original chapel - when the new hall was built, this became a small house called "Poonah" - originally there was a door to the left which was entered by a small porch opening to the South.

 The second building - which many of the local children attended in the 1950s to see such greats as "Aunty Sally from Lancashire".
